Who We Are

RBDA was founded by Ryan Reynolds, an entrepreneur who has spent his career building businesses in agriculture. Ryan has sourced and imported raw materials, formulated and manufactured products, built private-label brands, and sold into turf and crop markets.

That operator experience is the foundation of RBDA. We've faced the same challenges our clients face: finding the right customers, building distribution, entering new regions, and growing without overextending. We bring what we've learned from doing it ourselves.
